U.S. Shipping has two options:

DHL Express - 1-2 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TRACKING

All orders are trackable via either the Royal Mail or DHL websites. 

Once dispatched, your tracking information will automatically be e-mailled to you. If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder.

Please note that all Royal Mail package speeds are estimates only, and though they are almost always correct, these estimates cannot be guaranteed, especially during the holidays and other busy times.

Any items ordered can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide our customers with free returns shipping, however we have plans to introduce this feature very shortly. For now however, all return fees are to be paid by the buyer.

To ensure your return reaches us, we highly recommend you use a tracked parcel service and make sure that your return is covered for potential loss/damages up to the full fee you are expecting to be refunded. We also recommend that you keep your proof of postage, without which we would be unable to assist you if something were to go wrong with your return delivery. 

Any customs, duty & VAT accrued on a return delivery shipment (non-EU) are to be paid for by the sender. If these duties are not paid, it is likely your selected courier will return the package to you. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Within your refund notification e-mail you will also receive confirmation of the full refund instructions, for example how many days your money should take to be back resting within your bank account. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times will usually vary from bank to bank.

MEETING OUR RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Obviously, we can only accept returns when they are sent back to us in the same condition in which they were received. To ensure that your item is being sent back in pristine condition, please ensure:

Your clothing should still be in its original packaging - all ribbon, labels, cards, tissue paper, etc., that were sent in the packaging need to be included in the return. Double check all tags/factory tape etc. are still attached to your items and that they are completely unworn.

If your item were to not meet return our eligibility quality standards, it would then be returned to sender, or in less severe cases a refund deduction fee may apply.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS

In the very unlikely circumstance that there were to be issues with your clothing upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
