Where are you based?

Our STARTED Clothing warehouse is in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. 

How are your clothes so cheap?

We source our garments from all over the world to bring you the most aesthetic pieces available. As a start-up we still want to compete with the large-chain fashion retailers that we see every day on the high street, so we force ourselves to keep strict tabs on our prices. We want nothing that goes beyond a certain price, nothing that turns a customer off. We firmly believe that we have listed everything on our store with an extremely fair price, even if it has meant keeping our profit margins lower.

ORDER QUESTIONS

Where do you ship to?

We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you securely. 

How fast is your shipping?

Our UK customer's will receive their orders either in 24 hours or 48 hours, dependent on what delivery option they select at checkout. International delivery is available as quick as 24 hours, however as standard most countries are within 3-5 days. 

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?

There is a 0.00001% chance that your order will have any additional fees added after you have paid for your item and it has been shipped, however in the extremely rare chance that this may happen we are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer. 

I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?

Please contact ryan@startedclothing.com and he will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

I have just received my garment and it has arrived damaged, what shall i do?

Please contact ryan@startedclothing.com and he will immediately resolve any issues.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accept on all items for any reason, within 14 days, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. Please contact ryan@startedclothing.com to arrange your return.

Sale items of course cannot be returned unless faulty or defective.

We accept secure payment through Paypal and accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Do you accept Western Union or bank transfers?

Sorry we do not accept Western Union or bank transfers.
